Flautist and flamenco-jazz saxophonist, Sergio de Lope has received multiple awards as his career is taking off. Emerging musician of the Mediterranean by the Berklee School of Music. After graduating in Flamencology at the Superior Conservatory of Music of Cordoba, he decided to start playing the transverse flute in a self-taught way to play flamenco.
While he collaborates as a soloist with artists such as Farruquito, Chano Domínguez, Diego Amador, Josemi Carmona or Antonio Reyes among others, he pursues a very personal path. His musical universe is a permanent cross between classical and neo flamenco, where the codes of jazz are freely mixed with other world music. It is an exchange of emotions between the public and the artists, it is an invitation to stop the time, to remember, to feel, to express, to share…
