The Vigipirate Plan has been raised to the level of “Risk of attack” throughout the country since March 5, 2021. In this context, Marseille Jazz of the Five Continents is setting up a control with search, in compliance with the legislation in force (art. L. 613-2 and 613-3 of the CSI). The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to all persons who do not comply with the security controls and regulations of the venue.
Think picnics and drinks (less than 50 cl and without cork) : authorized at the Palais Longchamp and the Théâtre Silvain. Except dangerous, sharp and glass objects. Think eco-responsible, take your eco-cup.
• Prohibited items : weapons and ammunition, sharp or blunt objects, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, dangerous, foul-smelling, excessively heavy or bulky objects; luggage larger than “cabin” size (25x35x55 cm), large umbrellas, tripods and all chairs.
Only transparent water bottles or flasks with a maximum volume of 50 cl are allowed.
• Free deposit at your disposal subject to authorized objects. Lost or forgotten items at the locker : please write to [email protected] giving as much information as possible (description, place, date…).
• Only guide dogs (accompanying physically and/or mentally handicapped persons) are allowed during the concerts.
At the Mucem and the Vieille Charité Center :
These venues of the Marseille Jazz Festival apply the preventive measures decided by the government.
Bags and luggage are forbidden on the sites, and there are no lockers to deposit them.
A search is carried out at each entrance.
